Placed an order well ahead of time for a trip, and they guaranteed shipping in 4 to 9 business days. My package took way longer than that to show up, ending up at about 33 days total from order to delivery even though it came from their warehouse. I'm also frustrated because they promote themselves as eco-friendly but I don't think that's accurate. Won't be shopping there again and would advise others to look elsewhere.

I don't even know where to begin. The customer service here is a complete joke and their refund and exchange policies are even worse. I paid $25 extra for overnight shipping and it took 2 days just to ship, plus the package still hasn't arrived. Just avoid this place.

The service here is awful and their attitude is terrible. We won't be shopping with them again. The prices are way too high and the sizing is off too. We needed a bikini quick for my daughter's trip so we grabbed a top and bottom. The one we wanted happened to be marked down but nowhere did we see that final sale items can't be exchanged or returned. Only when we tried the top on did we realize it was way too small and we noticed the fine print. The next day I tried to send it back and got a flat rejection with no flexibility. The store said it's written in their policy but we only saw that when we attempted the return. I wish I'd read the reviews first because they're not good for a reason. You live and learn.

This company is really disappointing. I have to tell people to stay far away. They're super strict about their return policy and won't accept anything marked final sale under any circumstances. We contacted them multiple times because several items our teenage daughter ordered didn't fit her, and she thought she'd be able to return them. But no luck with this place. Look carefully before you buy from here. Check if you can cancel orders and how difficult their returns process is. I got caught up in their pretty patterns and didn't do my homework. Ten minutes after placing my order I realized the process to return or exchange would take forever. I emailed support within 30 minutes of buying and it took them 24 hours to say they couldn't stop the warehouse from processing it, meaning I'd have to pay to return items a month later. My bank thankfully stepped in and blocked the transaction right away. It's unfortunate because I wanted my whole cruise wardrobe from them.

Terrible customer service all around. I've sent multiple questions asking why my order hasn't gone out yet and gotten zero responses. It's been two weeks of waiting with no updates.

My advice: don't buy from here. They have the worst customer service and the products are not good. I bought a bikini top in medium and it runs way too small. The bikini bottom is huge on me and the material feels cheap and low quality.

UPDATE: Their support team did refund the return fee after I pointed out they advertised free returns on their international site, so I'm updating my rating. ORIGINAL: If you're ordering to Canada, be aware that you'll lose money on returns even though they claim they're free. I had good luck ordering a crewneck from them before so I placed another order, thinking returns would be hassle-free since it said free returns on their site. When items didn't meet my quality expectations, I tried to return them. Turns out the free returns weren't actually free - I was charged $10. Then when my items arrived back to them, they said they were giving me a refund but keeping $16 in taxes. I asked their customer support about this and they basically said that's just how it is for international customers, no taxes back. I've returned stuff to other international companies who had no problem refunding the tax portion.

This company is awful and honestly feels like a scam. I ordered a bunch of stuff worth over £1000 about 10 days ago and they completely vanished. Some items were supposed to ship within a day but nothing happened. They haven't responded to any of my attempts to reach them.

I'm not buying from them again. Got a bikini and their silk dress. The bikini top was okay even though all the ties make it tricky to put on. The bikini bottom though was way too loose because of how poorly it was designed and fit on me. I ordered extra small so sizing wasn't the problem. The way it sat made it unwearable. The silk dress was just as bad - it arrived all wrinkled and the neckline hung way too loose. The shoulder tie strings were different lengths so it looked lopsided on me. Not going back to this brand.
