This company has gone downhill and become a complete disaster. I'm trying to get a replacement part but it's nearly impossible to reach them. They claim their lines are open but nobody ever gets back to you. This place deserves serious consequences. There has to be a formal complaint process for a registered business like this.

This company deserves a zero star rating if that were possible. I ordered thinking their money back guarantee meant I could return it risk free if it didn't work out. Wrong. I tried returning within their window and was promised a label and refund. Neither came. Weeks later I called back and was told I'd missed the deadline, essentially too bad for you. Asked for a supervisor and was told they'd escalate and someone would be in touch. Weeks of silence. I kept pushing and got told they were busy with holidays and someone would reach out. Nothing happened. They've stopped responding to my messages completely now. Don't bother calling, you'll just hear more lies. Save your money, this place took mine.

This company is straight up dishonest. I ordered The Phoenix and the smart ring back in September, waited until December to check on it, and got the usual supply chain excuse. Two weeks later I called back and canceled. They promised a refund in five to ten business days. I called again after two weeks and talked to someone named Chris who was really rude and unprofessional. It's now February and I still haven't seen my money. I think they're intentionally stealing from customers and many people are getting screwed just like me. They stopped picking up the phone and responding to emails.

This company advertises a 90 day return policy but don't honor it. I requested a return, got an RA number, sent the unit back on time, and now they've completely ghosted me. Zero communication about my refund. Warning to everyone: this place has an F rating with the BBB for good reason.

Like everyone else posting here, I ordered The Phoenix last August and still haven't gotten it. I kept emailing someone there multiple times and got back this response about how they're not getting the normal number of units from manufacturing and they have unprecedented sales leaving them with backorder status. They said another ten to fifteen days. It's now late January, their site is offline, and the support number just loops forever. Can't reach the people who were helping before. This is a scam.
