Great experience with both the product and the company. All the folks I've communicated with via chat have been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Really impressive. The Phoenix has definitely helped me. I deal with some cardiovascular problems like artery stiffness and reduced flow, and this device has clearly expanded blood vessels in a very noticeable way. The improvement in erections is obvious and it's a great feeling at my age. I read that surgeons use similar shockwave therapy to remove calcium buildup in arteries, which is basically the same principle, though I'll skip using it for that purpose! Fantastic product and fantastic support! Everyone I've dealt with through their chat has been super patient, helpful, and really knowledgeable. Just wonderful. The Phoenix has absolutely worked for me. I have some cardiovascular issues including hardening of arteries and poor circulation, and this machine has definitely improved blood flow down there. The difference in firmness is noticeable and feels incredible at my age. I learned that surgeons use similar shockwave technology to break up plaque in heart arteries, which is the same concept though I'm not about to try it on my heart! Thanks to Launch Medical for making a product that works and for having such caring and professional support staff. These folks are the heart of the company.

The form they have you fill out makes it seem like the product will definitely work for your situation. After using it for several months it didn't do anything for me. When I called about returning it, the representative admitted they aren't medical professionals. However, they did process my refund pretty quickly.
