What Shoppers Say About Launch Medical
Launch Medical is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 25 shoppers, with overwhelmingly negative feedback. The dominant complaint centers on customer service and refund issues. Shoppers report extreme difficulty reaching the company, unmet promises regarding refunds and return labels, lengthy delays in processing returns, unexpected restocking fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront, and in several cases, orders that never arrived. Multiple reviewers describe being promised refunds within specific timeframes (five to ten business days) that were not honored, and some report the company becoming unresponsive after initial contact.
The few positive reviews (16 percent) stand in sharp contrast to the overwhelming majority of negative experiences. The core issues appear systematic rather than isolated: customers consistently describe a pattern of poor communication, broken promises on refund timelines, and difficulty obtaining resolution. Several shoppers explicitly characterize the company as dishonest or a scam, and at least one reviewer noted the website going offline. Given the severe and repeated nature of these complaints across multiple reviews, potential customers should carefully weigh the risks before purchasing.

Sorted by: Most recentPlaced my order at the end of August and got charged right away even though nothing shipped. I requested cancellation and a refund in late November after waiting for months with no delivery. They've clearly got no actual inventory. Their automated system confirmed my cancellation and refund request. I called the number they gave me and was told it could take about three weeks for processing. Sixty days later and the refund hasn't arrived. Be careful with this company.
Placed my order in October. We're now in January and still waiting. I've called many times, spoken with representatives, and been told repeatedly it would ship within a week or two. Nothing has arrived. Now my calls go straight to voicemail. Don't order from this place. It's completely bogus.
Same story as everyone else posting here. Ordered, got told about supply problems, and four months later still no product. Don't waste your time with these people.
I've sent several chat messages and emails with zero response. I've also held on the phone for over forty minutes on multiple occasions and still no answer. I've requested a refund with my order and there's been no acknowledgment at all.
The Phoenix wasn't effective for me, so I returned it in late September requesting a refund using their provided shipping labels. Two and a half months have gone by with still no refund, and I'm continuing to make payments on something I shipped back. I've called their customer service team three separate times and all they say is the device was received and they've notified management about my refund issue. They've had the item back for two months yet can't seem to finish processing my refund. I'd strongly recommend not buying from Launch Medical since they don't keep their promises in a timely way.
The Phoenix didn't help me at all, so I sent it back for a refund at the end of September using their prepaid labels. It's been two and a half months and no refund. Meanwhile I'm still making payments on a device I don't even have. I've called customer service three times and they keep saying the product arrived and they've passed my concern up to management. Two months with the device in hand and they can't process a simple refund. Stay away from this company. They don't fulfill their promises in a reasonable timeframe.
My Phoenix stopped working suddenly with no explanation. I reached out and they wanted a video of the problem, so I sent one in late October. Got told three days later they'd send me an RMA but it never showed up. Calling and using chat just gives me endless excuses about technical issues or carrier delays or someone calling back in a couple days. They're happy to charge you but their support team is full of it. Never even got a real chance to evaluate the product since it broke.
My Phoenix device quit working out of nowhere. I called and they asked me to make a video showing the problem, which I did back in October. Three days later they said they'd send an RMA number but it never came. When I follow up by phone or chat, I just get excuses about system problems or shipping delays. They take your money quick enough, but customer service is nonexistent. The product didn't even work long enough for me to give it a fair chance.
I went against what my doctors told me and ordered The Phoenix anyway. I confused the FDA registered label with actual FDA approval. The marketing promise of getting my life back was tempting. But Launch Medical's service was nowhere near acceptable. When I first called, they said the device was available and would ship in seven to ten business days. After placing my order online and waiting two weeks, I started calling. Multiple unanswered calls, and each update pushed the timeline back another week or ten days. Apparently the item went out of stock between my first call and when I actually ordered. My 46th day of waiting ended with a representative canceling my entire order due to company policy. I did get my money back but the frustration was significant. What really bothered me: learning that some reviews are sponsored and not real, getting different information every time I called, and experiencing lots of back and forth for nothing.
Against my doctors' recommendations, I decided to try The Phoenix because I mistook FDA registered with actual FDA approval. The marketing about renewed performance was really appealing. Launch Medical let me down completely. I was told during my first conversation that it was in stock with delivery in a week to ten days. I placed my order online but when I started calling weeks later, nobody picked up. Every time they said a week to ten days more. Turns out once I ordered, it was actually out of stock. When I finally got someone on the line after 46 days, they canceled my order citing their policy. I got a refund eventually but the whole thing was incredibly frustrating. A few things really bothered me about this experience: finding out there's a difference between paid reviews and genuine ones, way too many inconsistent messages, and spotty communication all around.
