But here's the thing: they won't send you a replacement until they check the current one to see if they can fix it first. How do they expect us to sleep in the meantime, on the floor? I can't recommend buying from this place. Amazon would be a better choice. And if Rebecca is really your complaints department head, you should get someone else in that position right away. I've worked retail for 20 years and I've never come across someone so disrespectful.
They deserve a zero rating. This company should be called GHOSTCROOKS. Their website is set up so that when your financing gets rejected, they illegally pull the money straight from your bank account. Then they refuse to cancel the order even when you contact them immediately. They tell you they won't cancel and ship it anyway. When we sent it back without even taking it off the delivery truck, they still kept our money and wouldn't refund it. We had to file a dispute with our bank and wait 120 days to get it back. This company needs to shut down. They only stay in business by forcing people to take their beds through illegal tactics. The customer service is absolutely the rudest I've ever experienced, and they clearly don't care about stealing thousands of dollars from people and ruining their kids' Christmas.
I ordered 3 sets of sheets in late November for Christmas presents, and they still haven't shown up. When I called customer service in mid-December, they said the sheets were going to be delayed until the end of January. I was upset that this wasn't communicated earlier, but I was even more frustrated when they told me a refund would take 10 to 15 days to process. I asked to speak to a manager. A supervisor named Ryan got on the call instead of an actual manager, and he was incredibly rude! He kept interrupting me and claimed I'd been told about the delay, which wasn't true. He refused to let me talk to another manager who might actually listen. I hung up and called back hoping to get someone more helpful, someone who would actually hear me out. I've worked in customer service myself for years, and I'm shocked that any company would treat a customer this way, let alone a supervisor. My advice: don't bother with this company.
This is the worst company I've dealt with. The massage function is nothing but a loud annoying vibration. The Luxe mattress feels awful, has zero support, and you sink down into it. I wake up in pain constantly. They wouldn't let me return it during the trial period either. They claimed I had buyer's remorse. That wasn't the issue. I had regret for being foolish enough to believe in this company and their obviously fake reviews. There should be a class action lawsuit against them. I also purchased their universal headboard brackets and they didn't fit right or work properly at all.

Do not buy from this company. This was hands down the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I hated it, my wife hated it, and my mom and niece who visit also thought it was terrible. Here's something GhostBed doesn't tell you upfront: the 101-night guarantee only covers the mattress itself. You have to keep everything else you buy from them and pay for it, including the foundation. When I tried to return it, they insisted I first try their foam topper which costs $500 and they'd send it free. That made the mattress even worse, and honestly it felt insulting. When they finally agreed to refund my money, they suggested a donation service. That ended up being the easiest option for me since they picked it up from my home. The pickup driver told me they collect 10 to 15 mattresses every week in their service area, and he said Ghost Bed is a massive scam. I posted a negative review on their site, but it never showed up. Actually, there aren't any bad reviews on their website at all, so clearly they're removing them.
This has been a complete nightmare with this company. I never even took the topper out of the box, but I did open the box tape, and they're using that as an excuse to refuse the return. On top of that, they won't give you a return address. You can't find it anywhere online. If I were you, I'd be super cautious dealing with this business. There was even a consumer investigation about them on CBS. I've had the exact same problems as the other person I heard about.
A couple days after I set up my new Ghostbed, I got an email from Sam's Club showing Ghostbed products for HALF of what Ghostbed was claiming was a 50%-off sale price. I called Ghostbed customer service to ask about this huge price difference, and the rep just said they don't price match without any explanation. When I brought up their 101-night money-back guarantee, she said that because I'd complained about the price, the guarantee no longer applied. I talked to a supervisor next, and he was even more stubborn about it. I honestly don't understand how a company can operate like this and stay in business.
I ordered a mattress topper that came defective. When I tried to get a refund because it's unusable, they refused. Total rip-off. Steer clear of this company completely, it's not a legitimate business. Check them out with the Better Business Bureau and you'll see they're junk.
I bought a mattress topper after seeing it ranked number one when I searched for the best toppers online. Turns out they had to buy their way to that ranking because when I went to order, the listing implies it's covered by their money-back guarantee if you don't like it. That's completely wrong and fraudulent. I sent multiple emails asking about delivery and got nothing back. Once I found out when it was coming, I called to refuse delivery. First they said I'd have to pay for shipping. Then I called back to talk to a supervisor and got told I'd be charged a restocking fee, which isn't even mentioned on their website. They list it for mattresses, sure, but not for toppers. I plan to fight them on this. I'm a disabled veteran and can't afford to lose money because of a scammy company like this. You can apparently buy your way to the top instead of being a real company like Tempur-Pedic. When you treat people this way, it comes back to haunt you. Do not buy anything from Ghost Bed. They are a scam.
