I wish I'd done better research before falling for all those glowing reviews about the ghostbed faux down pillow for side sleepers. It's just not supportive at all. I can't see how this pillow would work as a good choice for anybody's head and neck in any sleeping position. It's an awful product matched with the worst customer service imaginable. The pillow arrived late, went to the wrong address, and had almost no filling in it at all, which was almost comical. You have to pay to return anything, and despite claiming it was made in Canada, it showed up and had to be returned to Florida. The customer service people don't seem to care one bit, and getting any kind of help is basically impossible. Go spend your money somewhere else.
My order came damaged, and even though I'd seen lots of other reviews saying GhostBed won't help with their Foundation bed frames, they actually offered me a full replacement or a credit back to my card. The customer service was fantastic and the replacement foundation bed looks great.
