Emails to the company bounce back. There's no way to contact them through their website, no phone number or contact form. Products look like they're being drop shipped from somewhere else. Plus my card got hit with three pending charges starting from when I placed the order.
Was really worried about organizing a surprise proposal thousands of miles away but everything went perfectly. The team handled all the details from booking a private boat trip at sunset to planning dinner afterwards. It all worked out great and we're engaged.
The website shows stuff they don't actually have. In my case it was a painting for $3,750 but they said no refunds. So they took my money for something they can't send out, then I had to beg them for the refund.
The flatware I got felt really cheap and way too light for real stainless steel. When I left a 2-star review they rejected it, suggesting I rewrite it. I submitted another one and they shot that down too. Neither review had anything offensive or inappropriate. Won't be giving them my money again.
Fake website. They grabbed my card info and that was it. Never got any updates about where my order was, and when I emailed asking they never responded.
Wish I could give zero stars. Gracious Style is anything but gracious and they're seriously delusional about their business practices. Stay away from this awful vendor. Customer service isn't something they do. Product pictures on the site don't match reality. Colors you order might not be what shows up. Returns require original packaging and you're paying shipping both ways. Even worse, if they don't accept the return they'll ship it back and charge you for that too. The worst sign is that they delete negative reviews from verified review sites. You won't be happy doing business here. Keep clear.
Really slow processing on this order. Placed it July 6th and wasn't told it would ship until August 2nd. When I called asking why three weeks passed with nothing, they said the same thing. The frame itself is nice but $75 plus a month waiting around is too much. Find somewhere faster unless you've got unlimited time and money.
Really bad experience dealing with their service team. Don't waste your money with this vendor.
Their no cancellation policy is absolutely unreasonable. I placed an order and found out it wouldn't be ready for five months. No way that's acceptable, especially with a hard no cancel rule and no heads up about the extended wait time.
I regret not going with a different company for these bookcases. The order showed up completely messed up. Half the stuff in the box wasn't what I asked for, and I'm still missing items from what I actually ordered. Customer service only does email and they reply pretty fast, but all they say is generic stuff like 'thanks for waiting, we're looking into it' without any real answers. Two weeks later and I still have no idea if I'll ever get what I paid for. This place is not worth it.
