Sorted by: Most recentAwful experience with both the company and their gear. Picked up a Silverbaс model with WiFi connectivity and it stopped working after just a few cooking sessions. Reached out to customer service and they informed me the control board was defective. They mentioned the part was currently out of stock but assured me they'd ship it when it came back in stock. Nearly four weeks went by without any update. When I finally followed up asking where my replacement was at, they told me I'd have to wait another two or three weeks. I spent well over a thousand dollars on this thing and haven't been able to cook on it since. Got so frustrated that I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I really wish I had looked into this brand more carefully before buying. There are tons of negative reviews out there about these guys. Skip this brand entirely if you can, their stuff just isn't dependable.
