Package got delivered to the wrong house and couldn't be recovered. I had over two hundred bucks in that order but it was only insured for a hundred. Asked Gritroutdoors for a replacement and haven't heard back at all. Buy from these guys at your own risk. Their response is just copy-pasted garbage they send to everyone. They're clearly not interested in actually fixing anything and are just pretending to have real customer service.

Gritr has an amazing selection of outdoor stuff and I've been buying there for years since there's one close by. Their camping gear is great and they've got sports equipment too, but hunting gear is really their specialty. Everything is really well made. The store is set up so you can find things without any hassle and the folks working there are always ready to help you out.

They've got a solid range of products and the customer service has been really good in my experience. I'm totally fine with buying open box stuff since the site shows what's wrong with it, and honestly if it's just cosmetic box damage I don't really care especially when you're saving money. Picked up two pairs of Muck boots and a Banded jacket and everything came exactly when it should with zero problems.

They sell open box and used items on marketplaces without listing them as such. They've got terrible ratings with the BBB. Called their store in Texas and they won't stand behind anything they sell, just keep pointing you back to the marketplace. Tons of reviews saying the exact same thing. Be careful with this place.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. And I mean they didn't offer any at all. Had a problem with where my order was supposed to go and then needed to return it. Despite calling and emailing multiple times over several weeks, I couldn't get anyone to respond. Getting them to process a simple return was nearly impossible, even though I reached out within a couple hours of receiving the item. This company is not somewhere to order from online.
