What Shoppers Say About gritroutdoors.com
Grit Outdoors has a significantly polarized customer base. While some shoppers report positive experiences, the majority of recent reviews describe serious problems including receiving used or counterfeit items instead of new products, orders arriving incomplete or with missing components, and unresponsive customer service. Common complaints include late shipments that miss promised delivery dates, refusal to process refunds or replacements, generic automated responses instead of genuine assistance, and high return shipping costs that customers must bear.
Shoppers also report issues with product accuracy, such as receiving reloaded ammunition instead of the ordered brand-new Winchester rounds, and describe difficulties navigating the returns process within the stated 30-day window. Several reviewers specifically mention lack of follow-up from the company and advise others to shop elsewhere or use platforms with buyer protection. The handful of satisfied customers appear to be the exception rather than the rule based on recent feedback patterns.

Sorted by: Most recentThis store is flipping returned open box items on another marketplace to cover their losses on damaged merchandise instead of sending it back to the manufacturer. They're nickel and diming customers over minor damage. A small issue with one lace hook cost me forty-five extra dollars. Zero customer follow-up and they only care about moving inventory, not making people happy with their purchases. They're doing shady business and it's putting a bad name on the store. Got no response from them either.
Don't shop at Gritr Outdoors. Seriously. Their customer service is awful and it took forever to get anyone to pick up the phone or reply to emails about a return. I sent back a hat as a gift return and they charged me twenty six sixty for shipping. They make the buyer pay for return postage. All I got out of it was frustration, an unexpected charge, and a bad taste in my mouth. Find somewhere else to shop unless you're willing to eat their return costs.
Pretty sure the boots I bought are fake. They say Corral on them but the sizing runs super off which has never happened with that brand before. They didn't even come in a real box. It's weird that they're replying a year and a half later. When I disputed with my credit card company, the guy claiming to be the owner basically let it slip that counterfeit products do slip through sometimes. If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
