Found a watch I wanted to give my wife for her birthday on the Guess website. They advertise 15% off when you sign up for their newsletter. I did that and got a coupon code that doesn't work on anything. They even sent me a direct link to the watch with the supposed 15% discount and it still won't apply. Called support and the representative told me it should work fine, but nope. Sent an email to the support team and heard nothing back after more than 24 hours. Tried their chat feature and they promised an agent would help but nobody came through. Nothing works. Really let down by this site and the customer service they offer.
I need to express how frustrated and let down I am about my recent order. It came back to you without ever reaching me. I've been a repeat customer and successfully received orders at this same address before. This time I was told there was a problem with the address according to the carrier, which doesn't make sense since I didn't change anything. It seems like Guess made the mistake when processing my order. What's worse is when I called customer service, the representative I spoke with was completely unhelpful and unwilling to take any responsibility for the problem. He just abruptly ended the call. That's completely unacceptable from a company with Guess's reputation. They told me I have to wait for the item to come back to their warehouse before they'll issue a refund. This could take forever and I don't see why I should be penalized for their error.
Got myself a bag and wallet from Guess at the end of January and it arrived in the middle of February. The team was quick and helpful whenever I needed to reach out. The items look exactly like the pictures and were packaged carefully. Definitely buying from them again.
