Ordered a backpack online but got sent the wrong size. Since they only do refunds and not exchanges, I had to ship it back at my own expense. Then I placed a second order and the same thing happened - wrong size again. The whole situation has been super aggravating and a huge waste of time. Now I'm stuck having to reach out to their support team, fill out return paperwork, and shell out $10 to send it back for a mistake that wasn't my fault. Really disappointed with their quality checking and how they handle customer issues.
The fake leather on the handles started peeling off after minimal rain exposure and now it looks gross. I tried using their lifetime warranty claim process but got shut down completely, with them saying it's not actually a material problem. Pretty shocking for a bag at that price point. Can't recommend them because the materials aren't good quality and honestly they just don't care about standing behind what they sell.

Got the Lego botanical medium pack on Friday and it showed up today which was Wednesday. The service was fantastic from beginning to end, plus the style and build quality are really fantastic.
Would give zero stars if possible. I bought a backpack and a daypack, the daypack was the wrong item and the backpack had damage. I tried calling them but couldn't reach anyone. Plus they don't have support available in my area. I sent both items back and opened a claim with my payment processor. They're so brazen that they actually told my payment processor I kept the daypack and refused to refund it, even though their own tracking shows they got both packages back. What are they doing? This is ridiculous and I'm done with this company forever. I used to think bigger companies would be more reliable than smaller ones, but they clearly just want to make money however they can. As if they weren't already making plenty, they squeeze every dollar they can from customers. Really disappointing.
Absolutely horrible service. My backpack came in with ripped seams. When I called customer service about it, they said I'd have to cover return shipping myself with no refund. I'm going to dispute the whole charge with my credit card company. Don't do business with these people.
