The website said the shirt was LOOSE FITTING. What showed up was a tight spandex shirt. When I asked about returning it, a rep named Will said he'd cover the return shipping since the description was wrong. Two weeks later my refund came through but was $11.78 short. I questioned it and he claimed he didn't charge me for return shipping, but completely ignored the fact that the original shipping was free. This is backwards. Won't use them anymore.

Ordered a helmet that turned out to be the wrong size. Tried returning it but had to pay about $17 in shipping. Then they wouldn't give me a full refund - they kept my tax money and slapped on a restocking charge. So I lost about $30 total for no reason. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Needed to return something because it didn't fit right. Customer service made the whole process painful, and with the 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs I would've paid almost as much as the item was worth. I just want the correct size but they're not making it easy. Won't be ordering from them again.

This is my first time reviewing a company online, but my experience here was so bad I had to say something. Bought compression pants for my son that didn't fit and wanted to exchange them. First I'm on hold for 10 minutes just to get a return number. When someone finally picks up, they tell me the pants can't be returned and that their policy was obviously displayed. I told them it wasn't clearly posted anywhere, and they just blew me off saying I could order a different pair if I wanted. Absolutely not. Will never order from here again and I really wish I'd looked at all these terrible reviews beforehand. There are way better hockey shops out there.

Got a pair of hockey pants and they showed up completely defective - the front padding had separated from the shell, and two other areas were falling apart. They wanted me to pay for return shipping, so I did, but when my refund came through they refused to reimburse my original shipping cost because supposedly the items were fine. I ended up losing money on both the outbound and return shipping with nothing to show for it. Really feel bad for whoever bought these returned pants. Quality control there is clearly nonexistent. I'm never ordering from them again and I'm telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

Ordered Reebok ice hockey skates in a width that's impossible to find in Europe. Went back and forth with them a few times about import fees and duties, then they sent them out. Took about two weeks to arrive but everything was packed perfectly and in great condition. Really happy with how this turned out. Would definitely buy from them again.
