I get that they don't have to price match, but it really stings after dropping almost $500 on their stuff. Two weeks later they're running 20% off all Level IV plates (the exact ones I ordered), and then a week after that they do a buy one get one deal on their other plates. Clearly they've got the money for these promotions, so it's disappointing they wouldn't work with a fellow American trying to stay safe with solid protective gear without breaking the bank. Yeah their prices are already decent compared to other brands, but slashing nearly $100 off the same product right after I bought it at full price seems like poor customer service. It feels like the company cares less about supporting their original customers now that they're getting bigger with their law enforcement contracts. You see this pattern a lot where they build their business on everyday consumer sales, but once they land those government deals they push civilians to the side, which is rough considering those of us buying early on helped them get to where they are today.
