From day one it didn't work right. The pulp output is way too much to drink without feeling like you're choking on it, and you constantly need a strainer even though I'm not expecting pure juice. The main processing bowl doesn't seal properly on the outside, so fruit and veggie pieces fall into gaps and stick there, making it nearly impossible to clean and dry. Their customer support made it worse. I spent 6 months and 27 separate emails just to get them to let me pay for a replacement part, then they wanted me to cover shipping costs to send the heavy machine back so they could check what's broken. I can't recommend this brand anymore. Both the juicer quality and customer service fell way short of what a company like this should offer.
Their customer service team really needs training. Before they'll let you send in a broken machine, they make you waste your time trying random troubleshooting steps at home that don't work. You'd think you were paying them to be technicians instead of the ones actually fixing your device. I wish I'd known how unprofessional this process would be before recommending them to so many people I know. That's embarrassing now.
This company misleads customers and shouldn't be trusted. I tried to buy their newest cold press juicer and couldn't get any help whatsoever. Hurom creates separate websites for each country but staffs them with nobody. Everything gets routed overseas for customer support. Their New Zealand site claimed the juicer would ship from the local warehouse in Auckland, but it turned out they were actually shipping from Australia instead. That's straight up false advertising.
