Worst Cooler Purchase Ever. Not sure what happened with this one but I grabbed the most expensive model they had available. Got to work at 8am and threw in a bag of ice. By 10am it was completely melted. The room was climate controlled too so there's no excuse. Never buying Igloo again.

Got Charged But No Free Gift! Ordered a Retro Cooler when they were running a promotion that included a complimentary jug with purchases from the retro line. My cooler arrived but the jug was nowhere to be found. When I contacted them, they told me I should have checked a box during checkout to get the free item. Why would anyone not want a free product that's part of the sale? That's literally the reason I bought it in the first place. When I asked if they could still send me one and even offered to pay shipping, the rep actually laughed at me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Ice Melts Way Too Fast. Picked one up at a sporting goods retailer for about one hundred seventy dollars. On warm days the ice only lasts a few hours. I'm on a camping trip right now and even though it's been cloudy and chilly with temperatures below fifty degrees, all the ice melted in less than a day. Igloo coolers used to be better quality than this.

Awful Customer Service Experience. I bought a replacement part but realized right away I'd ordered wrong. The item hadn't shipped yet so I asked them to cancel it. Their website said they were temporarily closed for inventory and would ship again in a few days but they still refused to cancel. When I called the guy didn't even act like he cared. Really upset with this company and won't shop there again.

Would Give Zero Stars If Allowed. Signed up online and then got bombarded with text messages about coolers and products I don't care about. I've ordered from them before without problems. Recently I called to check on an order and was told there are sometimes glitches and orders don't process completely. When I questioned what benefit the sign up offers and expressed my frustration the representative got smart with me and hung up. Make absolutely sure you verify your order went through because the confirmation might not mean anything. I'm switching to a different brand.

Great Coolers For A Better Price. These are quality coolers that match up with premium brands but cost way less. The customer service team is knowledgeable and responsive. All around great stuff and would recommend.

Expensive But Seriously Flawed. Bought the 70qt Trailmate Journey for my husband and was worried about the price tag. When it arrived the appearance looked nice and I was excited to try it out. Then I noticed the lid wouldn't seal properly. Turns out there's a metal wire to stop the lid from opening too far, which sounds good in theory, but the screw holding it in is preventing the lid from closing right and even dents it. Called to get a replacement thinking someone assembled it wrong. That's when things got really bad. The replacement that showed up was clearly used or refurbished. It had dents on the back corner, white adhesive stuff on the trim, both fishing rod holders were missing, the wheels looked worn, and one wheel bolt was loose so it hung down when I took it from the box. Worst of all it had the exact same lid problem. Don't recommend this at all.

Shipped Item Never Arrived And No Support. Ordered a large one hundred twenty quart cooler in early April and got a shipment notification on April fifth. Now it's April twenty second and the shipping carrier says they never received it. I emailed customer service over a week ago asking about it and they said they'd respond soon but never did. Just tell me what's going on so I can order from someone else instead of leaving me hanging.
