Got my tracking number right away. Shipped through UPS Sure Post and then handed off to USPS. The wait was totally worth it for such a great deal. I ordered the Maritime bucket bag and I'm absolutely in love with it! Heart eyes emoji. It's seriously comparable to a luxury brand like LV. I'm officially a fan of this store. Thanks so much!

My order came super quick and the purse is stunning! The packaging was really nice and careful. This is my fourth Dooney and Bourke purchase overall. I've always gotten them at the outlet store in person, so ordering online here was new for me. Honestly, there's no difference between shopping in the store and buying from them. Great quality bags and those zippers are top notch! I picked out the black Mini Barlow and it's perfect for when I travel.

I'd give negative stars if I could. You can find the same items cheaper on eBay, supposedly sold directly from them, and without paying shipping! I placed an order and called right away to cancel, but they said it was already too late. I tried refusing the delivery when it came, which didn't work, and now I have to pay to ship it back too. This isn't the trustworthy company from Connecticut I used to know. Never again. And heads up, they're only open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

I've ordered somewhere around 5 or 6 purses from this place and they've all come in perfect condition. There was one time I bought a backpack that ended up being too small for what I wanted, but that was my fault since they actually had listed the dimensions and I just didn't read them carefully enough. I sent that one back unused and got my money back with no problem. I'm definitely going to keep shopping with them and I tell other people about them too. The delivery isn't super quick, but it's fair and reasonable. Everyone expects Amazon-speed shipping these days, but that's not realistic everywhere.

I've bought roughly 5 or 6 bags from this site and every single one showed up looking brand new. One time I ordered a backpack that turned out smaller than I wanted, even though they'd listed the measurements on the site; I just hadn't checked them. I returned it unused and got my full refund back. I'll definitely shop with them again and I recommend them to friends. Shipping isn't lightning fast, but it's completely reasonable. We've all gotten spoiled by Amazon's instant delivery!

This is a straight up scam. I bought 3 items in late November. When my shipment came, it only had 2 items but the packing slip said 3. I contacted them immediately and they asked for pictures of the box and everything. All I got was an email saying they'd investigate and not to throw away the box. They're keeping my money and I'm stuck waiting.

I'm really impressed with this store. The selection is identical to what you see on the main Dooney website, but the prices are significantly lower on both handbags and accessories. Everything is authentic and arrives in excellent condition. Looks like they specialize in clearance and excess inventory at reduced cost. Without this site, I wouldn't be able to own Dooney and Bourke. It's a great find and I tell everyone about it.

This website is fantastic. Everything they have matches what's on the official Dooney site, just way cheaper on bags and accessories. All the merchandise is 100% legit and in great shape. They basically sell overstock items at discount prices. I wouldn't have been able to afford Dooney and Bourke without finding this place. Highly recommend checking them out.
