They use cheap parts that wear out way too fast from normal indoor use, including the wheels. How does rubber on wheels wear out faster than rubber on car tires? The quality has really dropped because they're using subpar materials. The brushes and rollers fall apart from just picking up hair, and they're not worth replacing. I'd tell anyone to save their money and their time by not buying from them.
