I ordered a glueless, prebleached knots with water base and kinky curls in 18 inches. The hair itself looked beautiful initially. But the 13 by 6 lace didn't cover enough of my sides and my head was smaller than the twenty-two inch measurement they listed. Most importantly, after just two days it started shedding like crazy. Bald patches appeared all over. They responded pretty quickly when I contacted them with photos, but their only options were a twenty-five dollar refund or a coupon. I paid almost two hundred for a wig I could wear twice. It should've lasted several months. When I asked for more of my money back, they said they couldn't because of their expenses. The hair quality was actually nice, so I bought a closure to cover the bald spots. I had to hand pluck each hair on the lace because it came off so easily. That closure gave me a bit more wear, but if I wasn't someone who does hair, it would've been a complete loss. Overall, they took my almost two hundred dollars for a product I couldn't even wear, and offered me nothing real in return. Buy at your own risk.

This was my first wig purchase and I was completely let down. The style looked way too fake and unnatural on me. The shedding was out of control. It wouldn't lay properly on my forehead either, just sat there like I was wearing a helmet. The wigs you see these online personalities advertising don't match what they're actually shipping out to regular customers.

Really bad quality wigs. The length and density don't match what's advertised and after just one wash the whole thing fell apart. The lace in the front shed so much that bald spots developed on the sides. I was constantly retrimming the lace to try to cover it. The hair kept breaking and shedding nonstop. It's over processed and just low quality overall.

Awful customer support from start to finish. My order came wrong and when I asked about returning it, I heard nothing back for a whole month. Do not shop with this company. Super disappointed overall.

Following up on my previous experience with this company. After messaging them on social media, they finally got me a tracking number and claimed they'd sent me confirmation. I checked everywhere - inbox, spam, junk, trash - and nothing showed up. They provided a screenshot that they sent it but I never got it. Eventually they resent it with the tracking info, and Kate also came through with the number. I was able to track my package and see it's currently in London. Will update once the hair actually arrives.

Stay far away. I ordered a wig for my mom's birthday in early September. Her birthday was October twenty-fourth and by October ninth nothing had shipped and they weren't responding. I filed a chargeback with my bank and they contacted the company, and suddenly the package shipped the next day. I got it October fifteenth so my mom had it for her birthday, but as soon as she put it on she said it wasn't fourteen inches. It looked more like ten to twelve inches, super short. Asked them for a return address and they won't give it to me. Now they're ghosting all my messages. This company is terrible and you should avoid them completely.

Extremely bad customer service and my order never showed up. I preordered a five hundred dollar wig and three weeks go by with zero updates. Sent them emails and they took forever to respond. No actual progress on shipping my wig, just empty apologies. I had to cancel and ask for my money back but they're still not getting back to me.

Please stay away and keep your money safe. They've shipped me wrong sizes, wrong densities, consistently sent wigs with tangles and knots, and the lace wigs fall apart in just a month. I've spent thousands with them over time but the quality keeps getting worse. Enough is enough.

This is seriously the worst company I've dealt with. Their hair length and density claims are completely false and the lace feels stiff. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. I'm a hair stylist myself so I know exactly what I'm talking about here.

Ordered based on a recommendation and got a twenty-eight inch 99j lacefront that was a huge letdown. When it arrived the ends were super thin, like they only used one bundle for the whole thing. I really wanted to make it work so I styled it and gave it my best shot but then I washed it and realized they'd messed up. I always use good conditioning treatments that make wigs silky smooth, but this hair just tangled right up. Spent literally four hours just trying to detangle it and it was still a disaster. Worst quality hair I've ever bought. When I asked them for my money back they told me to buy some hair serum and stop going outside in the wind. Absolutely ridiculous response.
