Got burned by this company and I'm warning others. I ordered the Jambu Tahoe Black and White shoes during a sale thinking I was getting a solid discount. Turned out the shoes had serious problems right out of the box. When I contacted them about returning the defective pair and getting my money back, I was told the sale couldn't be reversed. The thing is, nowhere on their website or my receipt did it ever mention that the sale was final. If I'd known that upfront, I never would've bought them in the first place. Selling broken merchandise and then refusing returns is shady at best. I thought Jambu was better than this, but they've completely lost my confidence. Before you shop with them, understand that their deals might have terms they won't tell you about until you're stuck. I'm done with Jambu for good.

This company is being straight up deceptive about their return policy. I bought shoes from their site for my wife in mid-December because she wanted to try them. A couple weeks later she realized they weren't the right size and wanted to send them back. The return instructions on the paperwork told us to go to the returns page, but the link was completely broken. We went to the main site and found the returns section, entered our order info and location, and got a message saying we weren't eligible to return. Called their customer service number and the rep informed us it was marked as final sale. Here's the problem: it was absolutely NOT a final sale when we bought it. We checked everywhere - the website, the paperwork that came with the shoes, all the emails, the invoice - and nowhere does it say final sale. The customer service person actually admitted they're still trying to add the words "final sale" to their website. They're refusing to help us based on something that wasn't clearly communicated. This company is being dishonest plain and simple. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
