This company takes your money but won't actually help you when something goes wrong. I asked for assistance with an issue and got back an unhelpful automatic message. That's all Jostens is, just another greedy American company. It's sad how far things have gone. Customer service has become automated responses that don't solve anything.

I finally got my class ring and I'm completely in love with it. I designed it exactly how I wanted and got every option available. Jostens delivered without any issues. It took me 23 years to make this happen and now it's finally done. The craftsmanship and detail work really impressed me. I always say it's never too late to achieve your goals. This ring is probably my second favorite possession after my engagement ring. My class of 2000 ring just makes me so happy.
