Ordered two jackets on a Friday evening and paid extra for overnight shipping. I had an important court appointment on Tuesday with a family member and needed the jackets urgently. When I finally reached someone on Monday, they told me it wouldn't ship until Monday and wouldn't arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. I asked for a refund on the $50 overnight shipping fee and they refused. If they're not going to honor overnight shipping, they shouldn't be charging that much for it. Won't be ordering from them again.

Bought a twist knot sweatshirt on sale for $20 and it's garbage quality. The tag said the regular price was $118, which is wild. This looks like something you'd find at Walmart. It's getting donated.

My one and only order with them. Paid $22 just for the chance to try on this unflattering wrap dress. When I returned it, I got charged shipping both ways plus tax. That's it for Karen Kane for me.

Horrible customer service. I bought items marked as final sale, got them home, and they just didn't fit or look good on me. Called to speak with a supervisor named Alex and asked if I could at least exchange for a bigger size. He said no, they don't do exchanges on final sales. They also don't call you back when they say they will. Very disappointed and won't recommend them to anyone.

Spent over $80 on a mother of pearl pendant necklace back in 2021. Wore it just three times and it literally fell apart in my hands. Sent three separate emails with photos to their customer service and got absolutely nothing. No help, no solutions, no replacement, nothing. They said they couldn't help because of how long ago I purchased it. I've liked Karen Kane in the past but this response was completely unreasonable.
