They were incredibly kind and made sure I was happy with my selections. They wrapped everything nicely and even threw in garment bags. Both of them are great assets to your team.
Just got my gorgeous bag and I'm thrilled! I messaged customer support asking about tracking and they answered super quickly with details about who'd be delivering to me in the UK and when I'd get the tracking number. The very next day I had my FedEx tracking info, and the bag arrived yesterday. Really happy with both the quality and the customer service. Thank you!
I'd give zero stars if the system allowed it - and this isn't about the clothing. I've ordered twice and both times my order sat for an extremely long time before shipping. Would love this place if I'd actually gotten everything. I ordered three shirts and one cardigan but received them in two separate shipments. The second package was labeled as my cardigan, but it was another shirt instead. I emailed that same day and followed up a week later with nothing. I even called and was told to just email. Really let down since I was hoping to make this my regular place to shop. Update: After two more follow-ups, they finally refunded me for the missing cardigan.
