The customer service was the worst - kept me chatting for nearly an hour then disconnected without resolution.
Got the wrong item and they wouldn't swap it for the right one. Instead they wanted me to pay six dollars to ship it back myself, plus thirty-five dollars more if I needed faster delivery. Absolutely terrible support. I was stuck in a chat for almost forty-five minutes and then they just cut me off.
The worst return policy I've ever seen. Why would any company in this day and age hang onto your money for almost a month after they get your item back? I sent my return in late December and'm still waiting for the refund. When I called customer service, they told me they take ten to fourteen business days to process returns after receiving them. That's basically a month of waiting after they already have your product. Makes zero sense. I've never shopped with them online before and honestly can't believe how they operate. I also called about the refund itself and the representative was really rude about it.
I'm updating my earlier review. The bag did arrive, but I had serious issues with how long delivery took. I reached out by phone and email requesting information about my order from mid-June. The representative put me on hold while trying to track down my shipment. We ended the call without any real explanation about the delays. She just said she'd email me an update that same day. Still haven't gotten that email! This is awful customer service. They couldn't give me answers right away, then they promised something they never delivered on. I really liked their products at first, but this experience has completely changed how I feel about KL.
