I ordered two items and only got one. I've called four times and it's been a full month since my order. They've confirmed the missing item never left their warehouse. Still no refund processed. I've been shopping online for years and never had problems anywhere else until this company. I do like their products, but I'll never buy from here again.
Heads up about this website - it's awful and so is their customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a warning to everyone. I've been waiting over two and a half weeks for a refund. Every time I call support, I get the exact same line: they'll send it up to management and someone will get back to me in three to five days. Then absolutely nothing happens. I honestly don't think there even is a management team. I asked if I could talk to a manager directly and was told that's impossible.
