This website has the same look and sketchy technical setup as other knockoff Keds sites I've seen. My partner fell victim to credit card fraud on one of these fake sites. There are a bunch of these copycat domains all registered around the same time in 2021 and they're all running the same scam. It's pretty unprofessional that the real Keds hasn't done more to protect their brand name and domain.
Bought a pair of Keds online and it took nearly two weeks just to ship from the warehouse. I emailed after a week asking about the delay and they said they'd send it out that day, but it didn't actually go out for another week. When I first ordered, the site said 24 to 48 hours dispatch time, but they changed that wording twice on their site after I complained to make the delay sound more normal. The whole process took almost three weeks and the shoes arrived too late for what I needed them for. The customer service rep seemed like she couldn't care less. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
First time I ordered Keds from their website and the experience was awful. When the shoes arrived, there was a giant stain right on them. They told me to return it and said they'd cover return shipping. But when I looked at my credit card statement, they refunded the shoe price but not the shipping I paid, so I ended up losing money. Total scam! They sent me a scarf when I ordered shoes and promised to refund my money but never did. They stopped responding to my emails. I reported them to Google and to the official Keds company, but the fake site is still up and running.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes on July 1st and my account was charged on July 6th by a company called ATOMICFOTOFUN. They said delivery would take 15 business days, but I never got my order. Email was the only way to contact them and I sent two messages with no response. When I tried calling the UK shop, there was no phone number listed. I'm going to report this to my bank as potential fraud and contact the main Keds office in the US to report what's happening under their name.
Can't get in touch with their customer service. My order has been sitting there for almost a month with no updates.
I placed an order back on May 17th and it still hasn't shown up. All I've gotten are three messages saying the delivery might be delayed due to virus concerns and to be patient.
Got a Spiderman figure from them and it turned out to be counterfeit. Don't waste your money on this site.
