Lee Jeans Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Lee Jeans
Lee Jeans receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers citing consistent issues across sizing, quality, shipping, and customer service. Reviewers report significant sizing inconsistencies where labeled sizes do not match actual measurements, fabric quality that has declined compared to older Lee products, and material composition concerns with stretchy blends marketed as traditional denim. Multiple complaints highlight delayed shipments with unclear delivery timelines, unresponsive customer service, and return policies that include postage and restock fees that discourage exchanges.
The few positive reviews are minimal, and long-time Lee customers express particular frustration at the brand's quality decline. Common themes include wrinkled garments after washing, discomfort with stretchy synthetic fabrics, and poor shipping communication. Many reviewers indicate they are abandoning the brand in favor of competitors, suggesting significant erosion of customer loyalty that was previously strong.

Sorted by: Most recentLee makes the best fitting jeans for me, especially the slim tapered style. The problem is finding them anywhere. Can't get them at Walmart or anywhere else. Their website is a nightmare to deal with. Anything under 200 dollars requires a shipping charge, and you have to pay to return items if they don't work. The customer reps are completely useless. Worst online shopping experience I've had. I'm in Canada which makes it even worse.
Ordered denim shorts and waited forever for delivery. Wrong item showed up. When I finally checked, the shorts I actually wanted weren't in stock anymore, or anything close to my size. They wouldn't offer expedited shipping either.
I ordered the Lee all day comfort womans pants but received the new effortless pants instead. The company said they were the same thing, but that's not accurate at all. The legs are noticeably smaller, there's no stretch, and they're just not comfortable to wear.
Got shorts for my boyfriend in a size that fits perfectly from every other brand out there. Lee's version looked like kids shorts honestly. Asked to swap them for a bigger size and they said no. They offered a refund but charged me 8 bucks for the privilege. Why do I lose money because their sizing is all wrong? Not buying from them ever again. Plus the customer service person was impossible to understand, barely spoke 20 words in English. Completely unhappy with this whole experience.
Customer service couldn't explain the different fit types. Ordered two similar styles in the same size from the website anyway. The regular fit was great. The relaxed fit was surprisingly much tighter and when I sent it back for a replacement, the new one was even tighter. Customer service had wrong info, misrepresented the fit descriptions, argued with me constantly, and blamed me for not understanding even though they clearly got the issue wrong.
This is the second time I've ordered black Lee jeans online and gotten poorly made items. One pair has a wonky seam that makes the zipper stick out constantly. The other pair has inside rear pockets that pull holes in the fabric. My last order had the same problem with thin material and damaged pockets. I'm not willing to pay premium prices for low quality anymore.
I actually like Lee jeans but there's a major issue here. I placed my order on October 3rd. It's now October 24th and nothing has shipped. The website mentioned they were dealing with delays. I've sent multiple emails to customer service with no real answers. At this point I need the option to cancel because I don't trust the system anymore, or at minimum some actual updates about what's happening.
Bought 2 pairs of jeans less than 6 months back. Been a Lee buyer for years so reordering seemed fine. It's March now and one pair already has holes at the inside top of both back pockets. The other has a hole in the same spot on one pocket and a broken belt loop. Used to really stand by their quality but I'm moving on from Lee now.
I've been a Lee customer for over 25 years but that ends today. Ordered two pairs in December with a discount and free shipping. Got charged the next day, which was weird. The jeans arrived but I didn't want them so I sent them back right away. Lee didn't confirm getting them until January and when they did, they said they'd refund me but not the full amount. They claimed they don't refund shipping even though I qualified for free shipping. Customer service didn't care when I called. I told them if this is how they treat longtime customers then we're done. It's not even about the small amount of money, it's about them choosing to lose me over making it right.
Ordered the wrong size and tried to fix it but the website won't let you change anything. Called them up and they said the order already processed and can't be changed even though it hasn't shipped yet. Asked about canceling and they said it has to ship first and then I have to send it back. This doesn't seem right.
