Placed an order on a Thursday evening and realized my mistake immediately. Called right away but customer service was already closed. Got up extra early the next morning and called back. The agent told me since I didn't call within a two hour window I couldn't exchange or get a refund. Also said no manager could help. This interaction felt like talking to a robot, not a person. Zero empathy for my situation. This company doesn't care about customers and I won't shop there again.

Lee deserves 5 stars for their amazing Flex Motion jeans. I'm shocked at how comfortable they are and already ordered two more pairs. They're way better than leggings in my opinion. Super stretchy and comfy for everything, plus they're thick enough to smooth out problem areas. My size works perfectly. One thing though, it would be great if they made these with a high waist instead of sitting below the waist so nothing shows. Ordering online was really easy. Please don't change these jeans except maybe to go higher on the waist.

Amazing customer service experience. I was bummed that I couldn't get the exact jeans I wanted in the right fit and color, but the team made it right. They let me return the wrong pair at no charge and credited my account really quickly. I sent them clear pictures showing how two pairs of the same size were completely different. One was made in one country, one in another. The pair from Mexico fit perfectly, but the other one was 2 inches shorter and so tight in the legs I couldn't even get them on. Super weird that the same size had such big differences.
