I usually shop at my neighborhood Leslie's location since it's close by and I like the team there, but I made the mistake of ordering a pool cover online last November. In the past, my pool covers last about 2 to 3 years, but this one has serious defects. Water from underneath gets through the cover membrane and collects on top. The whole thing is basically useless because a pool cover needs to keep rainwater contained so you can drain it and stop mosquitoes from breeding. It's a straightforward piece of equipment that just needs to be waterproof to work right. This one fails at that basic function. It's shocking that Leslie's management refused to replace such a clearly broken product. Instead they offered me a discount to buy another one that probably has the same issues. Why would I do that?

It's really a crapshoot with their customer service. Sometimes we've gotten great help and sometimes not so great. Their prices used to be competitive but nowadays I can find the same items cheaper from other online pool retailers.

Terrible experience buying a bigger heat pump for the pool. It barely warms the water even in summer. After 6 months it started leaking and they want $280 just to come look at it even though it's covered under warranty. That heater cost $5,000 and this is unacceptable. Won't be using them again.

I was hesitant based on some of the reviews I read, but I had absolutely nothing to complain about! The staff communicated really well, my hot tub cover arrived super fast, and it was exactly what I ordered. When I contacted customer support they were incredibly responsive. I received my cover in less than 2 weeks and it came about 4 weeks earlier than expected!

Placed an order to get shipped to the store for $13.83 and they charged my credit card. Then another random charge showed up for $9.04. I called customer service but they were useless and I'm still waiting to hear back. They owe me money. Stay away. After I complained more they cancelled the whole order but kept charging me anyway. Now I'm out $36.70 total. The billing is a mess and the customer service is nonexistent. Skip this place.

Bought an 18 foot round pool and they said the package came with everything. It did have most things, but no sand filter media. That doesn't make sense. When I asked about it, they said sand doesn't come included. But the advertising said complete package, so I figured sand would be included. I paid $1,800 for this supposed complete setup and no sand filter media arrived. That's really frustrating.

I used to work there and got let go for actually doing my job. The manager gets high in his car and doesn't work. The whole place is a disaster.

Won't be going back! The staff here seem completely lost about what they're doing and nobody appears to enjoy working there. I ordered several parts for delivery, and when the last one arrived for in-store pickup, it showed up in a damaged box with a shipping label stuck on it. The packaging had a huge hole and the corner was crushed accordion-style. They just handed it to me without saying anything about the damage. The product didn't function correctly, and now I'm stuck having to send it back without getting a replacement first. To top it off, when they asked me to leave feedback, the link didn't even work. This company is impossible to work with. There are plenty of other pool retailers that actually value their customers and wouldn't treat them this way. I'm shopping elsewhere from now on.

Two techs showed up at my house looking unprofessional and they left the pool cover scattered all over the place by the pool. Then he asked for payment. When I went back to check, I realized the job wasn't finished. He was supposed to verify that the pool pump was working but he never even turned it on. The whole situation felt sketchy. I'd appreciate if you'd send someone who actually knows what they're doing next time.

Went to your Knoxville location, store number 920, and bought a pool cleaning robot. My credit card got charged twice. The store employee told me the district manager would fix the duplicate charge since they were having computer issues. That was Saturday and by Monday nothing had changed. I called and talked to the same employee who said the manager would call me back. He never did and that was two weeks ago. Still haven't gotten my refund or heard from anyone.
