You lose ten dollars with no recourse. I have my receipt as proof of what I spent, and they should honor that. This was my first and last time shopping with them. They wouldn't even consider helping even though I was just two days over the window. Levi's is a huge company - they could easily be more flexible, but they don't seem to care about complaints. Their policy is unfair and needs to change.
