Stay away from this place. SCAM ALERT. They don't ship your order, they won't refund you, and they ignore all your messages. Don't buy anything from them. Their email support is completely unresponsive and that's just not how you should treat paying customers.

I wanted to share my experience because after seeing all the negative reviews, I was really worried my order wouldn't show up. I bought some shoes and three pairs of socks. During the first week, the order status just sat on unfulfilled, which made sense given it was Black Friday and the holidays were starting. I sent them an email asking for information, and the next day it shipped out. The communication could have been better overall, but after three days they emailed me confirming the package was on its way, and it actually arrived super fast. It was also nice that I had the choice to have it delivered to a pickup location instead. All in all it was a pretty good experience.

Their service is really disappointing and there's basically no way to reach anyone there. I placed my order on the 16th and got an email saying it would arrive by the 20th. A couple days passed and my package ended up stuck in customs in another country because the company provided wrong documentation. I called the shipping carrier and they were actually helpful. They told me to contact Champion since the problem was on Champion's end. The trouble is the phone number on their website doesn't work. I've sent them several emails over days with nothing back. I tried the UK location but they couldn't assist. The chat feature on their site is broken. They don't respond on social media either. I checked their US site but it only helps US-based people. I'm completely stuck and frustrated. Just skip shopping with them.

I'm reaching out because I'm a dedicated and experienced pickleball player and I purchased a pair of your shoes that felt incredibly comfortable. I liked them so much I bought another identical pair. The issue is that these shoes have an outward flange on the heel. Throughout my years of court play I'd never taken a tumble until now. The protruding heel caused me to step awkwardly and trip on my other shoe, and I went down hard enough to break my wrist. These shoes are hazardous for court sports and I'd like to hear your response. Other serious pickleball players I know have also been injured by this shoe style. I'd appreciate your feedback.
