This company plays word games and hides fees everywhere. I wanted 300 feet of plank flooring for two rooms at $1.99 per foot with installation at the same price. The salesman mentioned an $850 minimum job charge but said it wouldn't apply since my job was bigger than that. When I came back to finalize everything, suddenly there were charges I'd never heard about: $135 for delivery, $175 to move furniture, $175 to handle the floor trim, and $275 to deal with the toilet. None of this was listed anywhere. I said I'd handle all that myself, so I wouldn't have those extra fees. But when the bill printed out, there was still an $850 charge. The salesman claimed it wasn't a job minimum but an installation minimum. When I called corporate, this whole story about hidden costs got even worse. Watch out for their sneaky pricing.

I bought hardwood flooring for my whole house and spent over $6,000 on it. A year after the purchase, I got a letter saying I had about $400 in refunds coming. I filled out the forms and sent them back. That was two years ago and I still haven't seen that refund. Now I can't even reach anyone at the company to follow up.

Since our house is older and the structure has shifted over time, they used both adhesive and a compressor-driven staple gun for installation. We like what they did and we're planning to use them again. Everyone's experience varies, so I always suggest shopping around to compare. That's what we did and we felt great about choosing LL Flooring and haven't looked back.

Our house is older and has settled over the years, so they used both glue and a pneumatic staple gun to secure everything. We're happy with their work and plan to go back for future projects. Of course, everyone's experience is different, so I always tell people to shop around. I did and came away choosing LL Flooring and have been satisfied ever since.

Stay away from this company for both installation services and their products. The flooring is terrible and they don't guarantee anything or make it easy when you need them to fix damage. I paid for flooring and installation to cover half my house and the service was nothing but bad. The first time they came out, the crew seemed pleasant enough but the work wasn't what I expected. They used adhesive to lay the floor and they damaged product, then used my materials to fix their mistakes instead of their own. I wanted the flooring close to the wall and told them I'd remove the trim, and they said they'd take care of the trim. When they finished, none of what I asked for was done. The flooring sits way too far from the wall with large gaps everywhere and poorly cut sections throughout. The second time they came back to fix things, nothing was actually resolved. They used all my leftover materials and damaged my subfloor in the process. Now the floor looks even worse, there's glue all over the place, and my bathroom tiles got torn up.
