Still, the shorts are so tight I can't even pull them up past my thighs. Before ordering I called their stores twice and they told me I didn't need to size up at all. Plus I was going off the sizing guide they have on their website. Clearly all of that information was wrong or useless. The fit is completely off. And on top of that they're final sale so customer service won't make any kind of exception, even though I did absolutely everything right. I'm stuck with a 255 dollar item I can't even wear. The quality doesn't justify the price at all. Since size 12 isn't even available, and smaller sizes probably won't fit either, I have no options. Really disappointed and won't be coming back.
I sent my item back on February 5th. The brand acknowledged they got it but didn't process my refund until February 24th with zero explanation. When I asked customer service what was happening they said there were no updates. This feels like a total scam. Don't shop with this brand.
These jackets are ridiculous. They're made with cheap manufacturing overseas but they want you to think they're premium quality, come on. If you actually want quality at the price they're charging, they should be made here in Canada. Feels like they're just ripping people off with overseas production costs.
All they care about is money. They make jackets in China with cheap materials. If they actually wanted to deliver the high quality they claim, they should manufacture here in Canada instead of lying to customers about the quality.
Spent a lot of money on a Mackage coat and was really disappointed with their customer service. I'm never buying from them again. Lost the belt that came with it and wanted to get a replacement, but dealing with them was a nightmare with way too many hoops to jump through. In the end I never got the replacement. Just go with literally any other brand instead.
Second purchase from them and I'm still really pleased. Ordered a Kent Z in an exclusive color and got it delivered within days of ordering. Arrived in the correct size with accurate description. The packaging and presentation were exceptional. Started with my first coat from one of their stores in Canada and was so happy I came back. The quality is solid and way better value than some other brands that charge similar prices. Will definitely order from them again.
This is my second time ordering from Mackage and I'm impressed again. I got a Kent Z in a color that's exclusive on their website and ordered it in November, received it a few days later. It came in the right size and exactly as described. The packaging was really nicely done and well protected. I bought my first coat from them in a store in Canada and loved it so much I came back. Mackage is genuinely good quality and doesn't come across as overpriced like some other brands in this category. Definitely buying from them again.
Got a gift for someone without realizing they had a strict 14 day return window. When we tried the items on, we realized we needed bigger sizes. Mackage refused to do an exchange because it was just past the 14 day deadline. We still wanted to buy the correct size, so we weren't asking them to give up a sale, but they wouldn't budge on doing a return or exchange. I even offered to provide proof of the right size purchase. For a brand that markets itself as luxury, this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Not commenting on product quality, but the buying experience and how they treat customers is really bad. Won't be shopping there again.

Bought a coat that was really pretty but just wasn't the right look for me. My advice would be to definitely size up. The return process was straightforward and I had my money back within 2 weeks of dropping it off with the carrier. Living in the UK and still had a smooth experience.
