Ordered what was supposed to be a luxury bag but it turned out to be really cheap quality. When I returned it, they only refunded the bag price, not my taxes. Don't buy from this company unless you live in the US. I've had nothing but problems ordering since last year. The products themselves are fine, but dealing with them is a nightmare. First, a pouch got held up in customs and couldn't reach me, so they sent it to family in the States instead. They gave me a 20% discount as an apology. Against my better judgment, I used it to buy a wallet on sale. They asked for a bunch of information, which I provided. This time the wallet got stopped in customs too, and I ended up having to pay a hefty fine because of how they handled it. That fee was nearly 76% of what I'd paid. They promised someone would call to apologize and make it right, but that never happened. I did eventually get reimbursed for the customs fee, but nothing else.

For the price they charge, this doesn't feel like a luxury brand at all. The quality just isn't there. I spent over 2000 euros on a coat and after wearing it only 10 times, the seams started falling apart. When I reached out, they refused to help, claiming their one-year warranty doesn't cover wear and tear. That's basically worthless.
