I ordered a wagyu filet on the 15th for a birthday celebration happening on the 21st, and paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping that was supposed to take just a couple of days. I reached out to their team asking if it would definitely arrive by my date, and they responded saying everything was packed and shipping Monday, which should have gotten it to me by the 21st. But the shipment didn't go out until the 21st itself. As of the 24th, it still hasn't shown up. That's nine days total since I placed the order. This company is incredibly disorganized and their staff doesn't seem to care. When I asked about getting my money back, they offered me a measly 15% discount on a future purchase. That's not happening, and I'd tell anyone else to steer clear too.

The selection here is seriously impressive and unique. I tried their Wagyu and Dry Aged Ribeyes and they were absolutely spectacular!
