Is this actually a legitimate business? Got a pair of biking shoes that didn't fit right and wanted to swap them for a different size. Their support system seems deliberately designed to frustrate you. Emails go unanswered, nobody picks up phones, and you just get automated chatbot responses on the site. Disappointing. I was trying to support a smaller operation instead of using the big retailers, but it's clear why people stick with the major online marketplaces. Way more reliable.
They sold me a Cannondale Quick that turned out to be counterfeit. Can't even register it with the manufacturer. The components are clearly low quality. Be careful what you buy here.

They told me to take it to a local shop for repairs. That shop also discovered I was missing an important part that could damage the bike while riding. When I brought this up to them, they basically stopped responding.
Take everyone's word for it and stay far away from this place. They remind me of other problematic online retailers that are happy to collect payment but then ship items using the slowest, least protected methods available.
