DO NOT SHOP HERE. They emailed saying they were canceling boots I had ordered and would refund me within three days from the payment processor. I never got the refund. When I asked about it they said the boots had already shipped, which is complete nonsense because I never got them. THEY ARE LYING. I reported it to my payment processor but I'm not confident anything will happen. These companies seem to get away with everything now. The store approved a refund for over seventy-six dollars and then just canceled it outright.

SKIP THIS!! I was under the impression I was buying from a US company, but turns out they operate out of China. If something is wrong with your purchase, you have to cover international shipping costs to send it back to China. The product I got was damaged and looked nothing like what was pictured. When I reached out about a return, they insisted I pay for my own shipping, even though their own return policy clearly states that returnable items don't require customer shipping fees. The return address they gave was in New York but then said I had to send to China. After checking out other customer complaints, I decided to take the loss instead of risking losing both the item and my return shipping fee. I definitely would've skipped this purchase if I'd known they were based overseas.

I've been sitting here for over a month waiting. They say eight to twelve days but my stuff was stuck on packaging for two weeks after ordering. Then my package somehow got sent four states away to the wrong destination. I've asked for my money back twice now and they just ignore me like I never said anything. Don't waste your time or your money on these people.

Waste of money and time. I paid fifty-five dollars for two dresses. A month goes by with zero updates about shipping status, so I send a cancellation email. They say nope, already in transit. The dresses show up and they're the completely wrong size plus the fabric is really cheap feeling. I ask about returns and they want me to spend my own money shipping them back to overseas, complete with an address. Customer service was hostile throughout. Honestly I just cut my losses and gave them away.

This is a scam. My partner purchased shoes and what arrived is nothing like what was shown online. Customer service was super rude and said it was her size mistake and that it would be cheaper to just throw them out than process a return. Do not waste your money here.

Total scam. I ordered a dress for twenty-five bucks and after six weeks got notified there would be an extra sixteen dollar charge due to fees and taxes. They should tell you upfront about these surprise costs. Every other site I order from gives you that information before checkout.

Poor quality and you basically can't return anything. Heads up that items ship from overseas, so you're looking at a thirty dollar fee just to send something back. They're not at all cooperative with returns or exchanges. Buyer beware before you purchase.

The clothing I received was really poor quality, felt like those sketchy old blankets you hope you don't end up with at a sleepover.

Thrilled with my purchase and pleasantly caught off guard. Placed my order in late September and got it delivered in mid-October so shipping and tracking were both great. The dress is really cute. Fair heads up that sizing tends small so order a size larger. The craftsmanship is respectable and you can't beat these prices. Zero complaints whatsoever. Honestly I went in doubtful since there are sketchy retailers out there but this turned out legit.
