They secretly canceled my Black Friday order and kept my money. As someone who runs a Shopify store, I know that to hide a cancellation from customers you have to actively uncheck that notification box. Even worse, they unchecked the box to refund me for a $200 order while secretly canceling it. I only reached out asking for tracking and days later they mentioned the cancellation and claimed the system did it automatically which makes no sense. They also pretended they issued my refund while keeping my cash. I've shopped with MisshaUS for over a decade and reached their top tier status but that comes with basically zero real benefits. When I logged into my account I saw they marked the cancellation reason as fraud on an account where I've spent lots of money. Finally they admitted they didn't want to honor the cheap $5 gift that was thrown into my cart so they labeled me as fraud instead of owning up to their mistake.

The company has started acting like a fraud operation. I bought several items online, got a confirmation and my card was charged. After that they gave me absolutely no updates about the order and when I provided proof of the charge, they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about and say they never took the money. They also claim there's a live chat feature on their site which doesn't actually exist. I ended up having to call my credit card company to reverse the charge since the order was never coming.

This product gave me a terrible rash. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't even provide a return shipping label. Skip this company. Make sure you check out their return policy before buying anything because it's pretty limited. Watch out!

The product quality here is really impressive. I have the pink block sun base and the perfect cover BB cream, both work wonderfully. Even though my skin is sensitive and prone to issues, these products agree with me just fine.

I've been trying to send back a product I don't need anymore but their support team won't approve the return or get me a shipping label. I started the return request back in late November and it's already mid-December with nothing. I've followed up multiple times and still haven't gotten anywhere. This is the worst customer service I've experienced and I'm not buying from them again. I'm also warning others to stay away unless you're absolutely sure you won't need returns.

My shipment arrived in just 10 days but when I started using the products my skin had a bad reaction with breakouts, acne, and redness in just one week. I asked about returning them but they denied it because it was the 31st day from my order date. If I'd contacted them yesterday I would've been fine, but they said too bad. I requested to speak with a manager but they just rejected my return anyway. The worst part is they rejected me by literally one single day even though it took them 10 days to ship the order in the first place. Plus I noticed something shady with the reviews. I tried to post my own review and the system wouldn't let me submit anything below 5 stars. I wrote my honest feedback anyway, pretty much what I'm sharing here, but they didn't publish it. This whole site feels scammy. I wasted $150 and telling everyone not to shop here.

I ordered and paid for BB cream almost a year ago and the shop app still shows it as shipped but never delivered. I've tried emailing them numerous times to get help and have never received a single reply. I feel like my money just disappeared and I'm warning others not to buy from them because their customer service is basically nonexistent.

I used to shop with them regularly but once they changed their support team, everything went downhill. Contact was already tough before but now they just don't answer at all. In May I got an essence bottle that was broken and completely empty. They approved my refund request but it took forever, and when the refund never showed up I contacted them multiple times with nothing back. I even tried reaching out on Instagram but got nowhere. It's disappointing because the products are actually good but I have to tell people not to buy directly from their website if you need any assistance. You might be better off buying their stuff somewhere else where they actually respond.
