Wasted $400 on this junk! I ordered a circulating cooling vest and wore it just a few times before the elastic completely gave out and lost roughly a third of its original tension. This store clearly doesn't care about quality. When I reached out about the problem, they offered to swap it for another identical vest but basically admitted it would break the same way. Zero interest in actually fixing the issue. I would've gladly paid more for a better quality option, but they didn't even suggest that. Now I'm stuck having to take it to a tailor to replace the straps myself with stronger material. Really disappointing that they sell subpar products like this.
Skip this retailer, seriously. I ordered a neck fan cooling device on an early July date and got them to knock off 20% with a holiday promotion code, bringing my total to under $48 with tax and shipping. The next morning my order got cancelled out of nowhere with zero explanation or apology, and customer service claimed it was out of stock. But when I checked their site the item was suddenly available again priced at nearly $80. I called to ask what was going on and got the same out of stock story, which made no sense. I pushed back and they eventually said they'd honor the original lower price, but by that point I'd lost all trust in them. I told them to forget it and cancelled. Stay away from this company if you value honest business practices.
This place is a joke. Pay a little extra and shop somewhere trustworthy because you might never actually receive what you order from here.
Their website is absolutely terrible. I've attempted multiple times to complete a purchase for a basic hat and keep running into problems.
My order showed up but the cooling device didn't work at all. I charged it throughout the night and nothing happened. I tried recharging it multiple times with the same result. I sent it back and didn't get my full refund. They claimed they tested it and it worked fine, but I have no way to verify that since it never functioned for me. They refused to refund my original shipping fee and also kept an extra $4 I asked them repeatedly to return. Absolutely the worst experience. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
