We bought a font package for our mobile game because we wanted to do things the right way. We could've pirated them, but since we're launching publicly, we figured we should actually own the licenses. But as soon as my art director opened the files that same day, we realized the basic pack was missing fonts that should've been included. To get the 8 core fonts we needed, we'd have to buy two separate packs because of how they split everything up. We reached out right away asking for a refund since we hadn't used the files, but they refused to budge. They'll only do exchanges, which doesn't help given their weird packaging. It's terrible business practice to punish people who are trying to pay for their fonts instead of pirating them. We're going with open source fonts now and won't be coming back.

The company that owns this site has been in charge since 2012 and essentially has a monopoly on font distribution. Without telling anyone, they deleted years of customer orders from download history. In my case, that's hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fonts I can't access anymore. It's completely unethical not to give customers a chance to download their purchases before wiping them out. I'm genuinely upset about this.

Navigating this website is incredibly frustrating. The buttons don't make sense and the whole interface feels needlessly complicated. Getting help from customer support is nearly impossible, and on top of that, the fonts don't even download properly. The site keeps sending you in circles back to pages you've already visited. The whole thing is infuriating. I'd stay away from buying anything here, because honestly it feels like a scam.

Had a great experience with this. I found a font I loved back in 2021 but lost it when my computer crashed and couldn't remember the name. Fast forward to 2024 and I uploaded a screenshot from an old image where I'd used it. Boom, found it right away. Really impressed with how well this works.

Feels like a scam to me. Their whole installation process is weird and doesn't make sense. If you buy something, be prepared to lose your money because you won't get it back.

Setting up webfonts on your own server is super complicated and not beginner friendly. It's basically impossible to use with most portfolio sites. Unless you really know your way around code, you shouldn't buy here. They don't warn you about any of this during checkout and won't refund you or offer support to help you get it working. Even with my background in this stuff, I couldn't get it done. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish.

Scam. The site recommends similar looking fonts just to make a sale instead of finding what you actually want. A quick search for Roboto returned all kinds of expensive proprietary fonts except Roboto. Stay away from this place.
