Sorted by: Most recentWe purchased a webfont that turned out to be broken. That's unfortunate but these things happen. The problem is they insisted it was our fault even though we tested on multiple devices and setups, including different servers, local testing, Mac, Windows, Android, and iPhone. Their website shows a refund policy that says this and only this: they'll refund if fonts are defective and you report it within 21 days. Pretty simple. Our font was clearly defective and we reported it in that window. But instead of honoring it, they said the best they could do was let us swap it for another font of similar value, calling it a gesture of goodwill. That's not what their policy says.
I have a font subscription service that stopped working three days ago. I reached out to support and got one response that didn't solve the problem, then they stopped answering my follow-up messages even though I was being polite about it.
