I've been with this company for over 32 years and I'm disappointed to see how things have changed. Their customer service has gotten worse while prices keep climbing. Their phone system is so bad they can't even transfer calls properly. Since September 2019 I've been waiting for them to reformulate their children's vitamins but nobody can tell me when that's happening or what to expect. Meanwhile they keep rolling out new sales and business programs trying to get everyone to sell more of their stuff. Support lines take forever and when you finally get an answer, it's pretty vague.
Their products are solid and well made. It's a shame they're losing trust with customers though by selling through Amazon, eBay, and other third-party sites that don't feel trustworthy. Customer service has really gone downhill compared to how it used to be. You can't fault the actual quality of what they make though.
