The products are cheap and poorly constructed. The sizing is way off and when you want your money back, they offer you either store credit or a measly 10% refund. If you push for a full refund, they insist you send everything back to China at your own expense, and then they claim they never got it and stop responding to emails. They claim to be based in the UK but that's also apparently false. Don't fall for this company's tactics.

This is basically a scam operation. I bought a sweater that arrived completely destroyed and falling apart. When I asked for my money back, they refused. Eventually they told me I could send it to a factory overseas, but warned me customs would probably stop it anyway, so there's really no point trying. It's pretty disgusting how these companies treat their customers.

Would definitely give this zero stars if I could. I paid $50 for a dress that was awful quality. It took 12 days to arrive all the way from China. When I tried to start the refund process, they claimed I only had 30 days from when I ordered, but their own website policy says 30 days from delivery. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Stay away from this company. I think it's a scam.
