The products are cheap and poorly constructed. The sizing is way off and when you want your money back, they offer you either store credit or a measly 10% refund. If you push for a full refund, they insist you send everything back to China at your own expense, and then they claim they never got it and stop responding to emails. They claim to be based in the UK but that's also apparently false. Don't fall for this company's tactics.
