Ordered the obsbot tiny remote control 2 on 6/02/2024 and got an order confirmation email. Waited and waited. On 14/02/2024 I emailed asking where it was. Total silence. Finally on 18/02/2024 I filed a chargeback and suddenly they answered, shipping the item that same day from China. This place is a joke. Same thing was available on Amazon for the same price with next day delivery. Huge regret using this site. 1/5

The company behind OBSBOT hasn't been able to fix their software so it works with the newest Windows 11. Their flagship PTZ camera basically becomes a regular webcam now, which normally costs a fraction of what you pay for it. Support responded quickly at first but seems unable to grasp the technical issues customers describe in detail.
Ordered a new Tiny2 USB camera but FedEx lost the package in transit. FedEx wasn't helpful at all. I asked OBSBOT to look into it as the sender, and they not only opened their own case with FedEx but also shipped me a replacement right away. Before FedEx even responded, my new camera showed up at my door. Works great too. OBSBOT's handling of this mess was fantastic and shows real customer care. Will definitely order from them again.
The company that makes OBSBOT's flagship TinyCam 4K still hasn't fixed compatibility issues with Windows 11. For what you pay for this PTZ camera, it's unacceptable that the software doesn't work properly. You essentially end up with a basic webcam when you could get one for way less. Their support team was quick to respond initially but didn't seem to really understand the specific technical problems I described.
