What Shoppers Say About Omega Products
Omega Products receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 15 shoppers rating it 1.5 out of 5. The most consistent complaints center on poor customer service, including long response times (two weeks or more), departments that refuse to honor warranties, and representatives who blame customers rather than address problems. Reviewers report frequent product failures and defects, including broken parts, cracked plastic components, and recurring mechanical issues that require monthly service calls. Several shoppers note that despite the high price point of these juicers, the company appears unwilling to stand behind its 15-year parts warranty or work with customers who purchased through authorized retailers.
A small minority of reviewers (14 percent) rate their experience positively, but this cannot offset the dominant pattern of dissatisfaction. Common frustrations include being shuffled between departments when seeking support, non-functional live chat features, and instances where the company has refused warranty claims on technical grounds rather than resolving the underlying product quality issues. Shoppers emphasize that customer relationship building and product durability expectations have not been met relative to the premium pricing.

Sorted by: Most recentI already owned an Omega juicer, so I just needed a replacement part. Turned out it was defective and broke apart. They took over two weeks to respond, then claimed they couldn't help because I hadn't purchased the original unit directly from them. When I pointed out my consumer protection rights, they refused to send a replacement. I've had to take this further. Really disappointed in Omega's support team.
I agree with what others have said here. The UK distributor blames customers instead of trying to understand what's actually wrong. They're only focused on making money and don't care about building customer relationships. These are pricey items and I regret choosing Omega.
Something keeps breaking on this thing. We're reaching out to customer service about every month.
I bought a juicer with a 15-year parts warranty. When some components stopped working while still under warranty, I contacted the company. Instead of handling it directly, they shuffled me between different departments over and over. They're running a scam.
We purchased an Omega juicer for about 200 euros. A few months in, the plastic feeder cracked while we were juicing some carrots. We no longer had the receipt on file, so we had to purchase a replacement part for roughly 35 euros. We then started cutting carrots differently and reduced the amount we put in at once to avoid straining the feeder, but 10 months later it broke in the same way. The feeder is cheaply made and won't withstand regular use. If you plan to juice carrots frequently, this isn't the juicer for you. I'm really let down because I'd heard these were solid machines, which is the only reason I spent that much money on it.
There's basically no customer service here. The live chat feature is pretty much useless.
The power switch failed on my juicer even though I only use it once a month. I reached out to the warranty company they use, Legacy. They wanted pictures, videos, and had me attempt the so-called 'Magnet Trick' on my own. After a whole month of back and forth through calls and emails, nothing got resolved. This is a poorly constructed product with an awful warranty program and terrible customer support.
To keep this short: my house burned down on April 18th and I lost everything. About a year before, I'd purchased an Omega juicer for over 400 dollars. I really loved that machine and hadn't gotten as much use out of it as I wanted. When the house fire happened, my Omega was completely destroyed and blackened by soot. I called the company thinking about their advertised 15-year warranty, and figured with proof of the fire I could possibly get a replacement. Shockingly, they told me that fire damage to the product doesn't count under the warranty. I mean, really? I would show you the email they sent, but I'd rather not.
At first my juicer was working great, but eventually the performance dropped. Omega sent me a replacement piece, but I had to pay to ship it back. Even after it didn't solve the problem, they quit replying to my messages about what to do next.
Omega juicers is a fantastic company that truly stands behind their stuff. They provided outstanding support during my 10-year warranty window and handled my issue with professionalism and no pushback, even after buying my juicer seven years earlier from another retailer. I'm impressed with how they went the extra mile. I'd suggest their products and customer service to anyone. You guys are genuinely five stars and it's been a pleasure working with you. Best product and support I've encountered in a long time. Really appreciate it!
