What Shoppers Say About Quo
Quo receives polarized feedback, with 22 shoppers rating it 3.8 out of 5. The majority of five-star reviewers praise the platform for team communication efficiency, shared message and call visibility, and cost savings that justify the subscription. Remote teams and small businesses highlight how the centralized system enables faster client responses and internal coordination. However, a significant portion of lower-rated reviews cite serious issues: billing problems (charges without service delivery, upfront annual fees), non-functional features (texting unavailable), unresponsive customer support, and sudden account suspensions or flags without clear communication. Several long-term customers report frustrating verification processes that disrupted their business operations despite years of compliance.
The most consistent complaints involve account management and customer service responsiveness rather than core functionality. Some reviewers describe difficulties reaching support and unclear communication around account restrictions or feature limitations. The disparity between positive and negative experiences suggests that Quo works well for established remote teams with straightforward needs, but customers may encounter significant friction during account issues, billing disputes, or feature troubleshooting.

Sorted by: Most recentStay away from this company! Their ads are designed to pull you in, but the second they get your payment info, they just start charging without actually delivering anything. Getting an actual person to respond is basically impossible. I've filed multiple complaints and they haven't even acknowledged them. Their service and product seem to exist in completely different worlds. It's a nightmare dealing with them. Zero responsibility, zero actual service, just taking your cash. This is basically a scam. I'm still waiting for them to explain themselves and give me my money back. The service quality is completely nonexistent. Their response shows they haven't actually looked at my account. Check what I actually signed up for. I already paid upfront for a full year through November 2026. Yet I'm being forced to make monthly payments or my service stops. How am I getting charged twice when I've already fully paid? Bringing up credit card problems doesn't matter when the account should have a credit balance until 2026. This is a serious billing problem and your team keeps ignoring it.
I was really interested in what Quo promised, especially a web platform that office staff could actually use. But here's my problem: I CAN'T EVEN TEXT. They charged me upfront for a full year at $180 to keep my number after the trial ended. That's fine, at least I won't have to pay again next year. Then I found out texting doesn't work and I have to shell out another $20 just to apply for A2P. Got rejected immediately because my business EIN wasn't "30 days old." When customers are texting me, I need that feature right now. I can't sit around for 30 days just to reapply and pay another $20 hoping they'll say yes. This should have been crystal clear from day one. I had to port the number to my regular phone and dump the platform. Do I get my $180 back? Nope. All I can do is make sure they don't charge me again in 2027, so now I've got access to a worthless platform that I can't even use.
After nearly two years, they suddenly flagged my account for "suspicious call activity." Here's the thing: I haven't changed my calling habits, if anything I'm doing the same or fewer calls lately. We're not making unsolicited calls or texts. They made me spend hours talking to their AI bot as a busy business owner. UPDATE: Someone on their staff reached out and fixed it right away. Appreciate you guys! I'm giving four stars because of what happened, but the app itself and the whole platform are really solid.
Our organization has been paying for Quo for more than three years and it's been crucial to how we communicate internally and with customers. Without warning, our account got locked during a verification check. We get that they need compliance reviews, but this has been incredibly damaging because we've fully cooperated the entire time and turned in every single thing they asked for. We submitted ID verification, company info, extra paperwork, and explanations about how we contact clients and get permission before sending follow-ups. Our account has an active yearly subscription of over $1,100, covering 12 phone numbers and 3 team members, and we've got more than 7,000 saved customer conversations spanning several years in our workspace. Our clients are actively using those numbers to contact us about their projects and services. With the account frozen, customers keep calling these numbers expecting to reach us, but we're stuck and can't respond. This has created a massive problem for
Our remote marketing team stays completely informed with Quo because we can all see messages and calls in one place. The time we save basically covers the cost of the subscription by itself. It also means our clients get responses way faster since if someone's busy, another team member can jump in and keep things going smoothly. For any remote marketing team, Quo is honestly essential!
Made the jump from grasshopper to here and it's been the best decision. The service is rock solid with a ton of really useful features.
If waiting a week for each support email sounds fun to you, this might be your place! If you're cool with incompetent staff who tell you to update your website URL in a form that doesn't even have a spot for it, then a month later say they can do it themselves, only to discover two months later they never actually did anything, then this is definitely it for you! The communication is terrible, they're dumber than middle schoolers, and they're basically useless at their jobs.
The pricing is way better than the other options out there and the service quality is solid. I switched from another provider and haven't looked back.
Honestly a total game-changer! With calls and texts all coming through one shared inbox, you've got everything organized, the software is incredibly user-friendly across phone and desktop, call quality is top-notch, and you get time-saving features like voicemail transcription. The team provides speedy and quality support. For small business owners, this is absolutely the way to go! Definitely five stars!
This is absolutely a game-changer! Everything's in one spot with the shared call and text inbox, it's incredibly simple to use on your phone or computer, the call quality is excellent, and little things like voicemail-to-text save so much time. Support gets back to you fast and actually helps. For anyone running a small business, I can't recommend this highly enough! Seriously, five stars!
