I ordered a doll back in July and was never told it was on backorder when I placed the order. Then it mysteriously went on backorder and now it's October with still no doll. Please refund my money.
I think this might be a scam operation. There's no way to actually get in touch with anyone. I'd strongly recommend staying away from buying their dolls. Most of what they sell looks really ugly and is made poorly.
I've spent hundreds of dollars with this company over the years. I had an issue where my rewards points disappeared after they wouldn't let me use them with a sale. I tried calling multiple times and emailing several times but never got a response. The phone line always has a recording about high call volume telling me to try back. Their online chat is closed when I need it. You won't get any help from them if you have problems with your order using any method.
Don't bother spending your time with them. I needed to contact their customer service about missing rewards points in my account. After trying for a whole month to reach them I finally sent an email, still nothing. Every phone call got me a recording saying they were too busy and to try again later. I'm done buying from this company directly. It's just too much of a headache.

Update: I finally got the doll today on 10/08/2023, though nobody told me it had shipped. At least I have it now and I'm hoping this company will work on improving how they handle customer service. Original: I ordered a doll on 08/25/2023. I've sent so many emails to customer service, tried using their live chat feature, and even called multiple times, but they've completely ignored all my attempts to reach them. I'm really disappointed by how bad their customer service is and let down by this company overall.
This service is completely unacceptable. I ordered a doll a month ago and still haven't received it. I can't believe this company is operating this way. After 2 weeks of trying to reach someone by phone, I finally got through to a person who lied and told me my item had shipped. They gave me a tracking number which turned out to be just a stalling tactic. I contacted FedEx and found out the seller only created a label but never actually requested FedEx to pick the package up. The label was made 10 days before that! Just give me my money back!
My sister got me the Bamboo Doll and honestly it doesn't look Asian at all. The hair quality is terrible, like it was just thrown on the head without care. I sent an email asking about returning it but got no reply. I told my sister never to buy from this company again because they're misleading customers. The whole experience was really disappointing.
