I have versions 15 and 17 installed. I like version 15 better because it's always been reliable. Last week when I tried to make a new recovery USB and plugged in the drive, it just kept giving me the blue screen. Tried the version 17 recovery disk from months before but it said I couldn't use it anymore. Logged into my account and both licenses showed as revoked with zero explanation. No clue what I did wrong. Messaged support and still waiting for a reply. If I don't hear anything by end of week I'm calling their California office.
