They emailed to let me know and then did something awesome - they let me pick replacement items from their current selection since they couldn't fulfill the original order. Really appreciated the gesture. This company actually has principles and treats customers right. Ethical business practices and great to work with.
Can't believe businesses like this operate. Their practices are completely sketchy. Seriously avoid this. They billed me 50 dollars to process a return on a 130 dollar purchase.
Placed an order on Oct 20th and it never showed up. Zero communication, no shipping updates, nothing. They just took my cash and disappeared. Over a month has passed with no product and no explanation. This company is running a scam and needs to prove me wrong by actually sending what I paid for.
Updating my earlier review after the company stepped up and fixed my order problem. I'm going with 4 stars because management actually took care of it. That said, there's no reason customer service couldn't have resolved this on my first or second contact. It was clearly their mistake.
