She's been emailing back and forth trying to fix it with zero response. They literally sent us a return label for merchandise we never even got. It's laughable and nobody there seems to care one bit. Find somewhere else to shop.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. I bought 4 t-shirts on Feb 21st, only 2 actually shipped, and they got lost in transit. They gave me incorrect tracking numbers repeatedly, three times total. Getting them to admit something was wrong took numerous emails and it took 6 weeks to get any action. Last week they shipped another shirt but that tracking number doesn't work either. Filing a dispute with my credit card company.
Seriously, skip online ordering from this place. I got 4 t-shirts on Feb 21st but only 2 shipped, and those got lost before reaching the carrier. On top of that they gave me wrong tracking numbers three different times. It took tons of back and forth emails just to get them to admit something went wrong, then six whole weeks passed before they did anything. They finally sent another shirt last week but the tracking number doesn't work for that one either. Time to call American Express and get my money back.
I really do like their clothes and the quality is solid. The styles are fresh and different. Unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. These folks have plenty of cash given all their new store locations and billboard advertising, but the company operates like amateurs. My first order had 5 items and I got 1, no explanation. Second order was over $1500 and they couldn't tell me if it even shipped. I got maybe 4 out of 15 items and had to basically beg them to admit it was lost before getting my money back. Customer service was terrible too - I called for three days straight and nobody picked up, plus emails took forever. Tried again for Black Friday deals they were promoting, but 90% of what I ordered was out of stock. Why list items you don't have?
